A ball lock pin can fasten and join elements, workpieces and other machine components by simply rotating the knurled head in specific direction i.e., Clockwise for locking and Anticlockwise for releasing.
Initially insert the ball lock pin over the fixturing element, then turn the knurled head for initial positioning. It consists of three balls in the bolt shank that moves outward to lock against the bottom chamber of the fixture tabletop, thus tightening the fixturing element with the table.
After the positioning of the bolt tighten the head with a hex wrench of 8 mm.
The Ball lock pin is a time saver, efficient and advanced way of holding components to the Cyclotron Welding Tables.
